No, you will need to sign up for a free account if you don't already have one. This is so you can make your own copy of the template but everything you need is included and you don't need to build anything yourself in Notion.

No, everything works with the free version of Notion. I still use the free version of Notion. You will need to sign up to Notion to copy the base into your account.
